Course Overview

The DISTANCE LEADERSHIP TRAINING is aiming at managers and team leaders who are managing dispersed teams in various locations.

Upon completion of the program the participants are able to:

1. list and explain 10 challenges of current and future leadership situations
2. name 4 risks concerning distance leadership and develop ideas to mitigate them
3. elaborate practical and implementable ideas for their leadership responsibility regarding distance leadership challenges
4. select and utilise suitable and appropriate technologies and media for distance leadership and identify their personal competence gaps related to them
